Terms & Conditions of Service

By registering, accessing, downloading, or using the TUVYT Hailing Mobile Application or website services, you enter into a legally binding contract with FUERZAFORGE Technologies Limited.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to establish a primary account. Minors using the platform for school commutes or chaperone transport must do so under direct adult registration or designated Chaperone Companion oversight.

Passengers must treat drivers, boda-boda operators, bus captains, and chaperone companions with respect. The following activities result in immediate account termination:

• Carrying illegal contraband, unapproved hazardous chemicals, or unlicensed firearms.
• Verbal abuse, physical assault, or destruction of partner vehicle property.
• Attempting to bypass the TUVYT digital dispatch framework to conduct unauthorized cash arrangements without app logging.

All independent drivers, boda-boda operators, bajaji drivers, and regional bus captains operating on the TUVYT platform are independent contractors and must strictly maintain:

• Valid Legal Documentation: Active Tanzanian Driver's License, LATRA Commercial Registration, NIDA ID, Police Clearance, and mandatory Health Examination certificates.
• Vehicle Roadworthiness: Valid commercial insurance coverage, helmet availability (for Boda-Boda rides), and routine mechanical safety inspections.
• Zero Tolerance Safety: Operating under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or unsafe driving conduct will result in instant account ban and reporting to Tanzanian traffic authorities.

Both riders and drivers may cancel ride requests subject to fair usage rules:

• Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 3 minutes of driver dispatch incur no penalty charge.
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations attempted after the driver has arrived at the designated pickup location or spent over 5 minutes navigating will incur a standard cancellation fee charged to the rider's FuerzaPay balance.
• Refunds: Disputed transactions or duplicate charges are reviewed by FUERZAFORGE compliance and credited back to the user's FuerzaPay wallet within 24 to 48 hours upon verification.

FUERZAFORGE Technologies Limited provides the TUVYT technology platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we enforce rigorous driver document verification, FUERZAFORGE is not liable for indirect traffic delays, severe weather disruptions, or personal property lost during rides. In-app SOS safety features connect users directly to local authorities during emergencies.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **United Republic of Tanzania**.
