FUERZAFORGE Security Standards

Safety & Community Guidelines

At Tuvyt (powered by FUERZAFORGE Technologies Ltd.), safety is our uncompromised priority. These guidelines protect all passengers, riders, captains, drivers, chaperones, and merchants across our multi-modal ecosystem.

Zero Tolerance Platform

We strictly enforce Zero Tolerance for alcohol, narcotics, harassment, fraud, dangerous driving, or unverified passenger transport across all 8+ transport modes: Motorbikes (Boda), Taxis, Hiaces, Commuter Daladala, SGR Rail, Regional Buses, Safari Cruisers, and Heavy Cargo trucks.

1 Our Safety Commitment

Tuvyt and FUERZAFORGE Technologies Ltd. are dedicated to fostering a dependable and secure mobility network. We actively promote high safety standards, enforce mandatory identity verification, monitor trip progression, support real-time digital FuerzaPay tracking, and swiftly resolve reported safety incidents.

2 Driver & Captain Safety Requirements

Valid Credentials & Licensing Captains must possess a valid driver's license (Class C, E, or heavy commercial permit), active LATRA registration (where applicable), national ID (NIDA), and valid vehicle insurance.
Protective Equipment & Road Hygiene Motorbike Boda captains must provide clean, certified protective helmets for themselves and their passengers at all times.
Zero Tolerance for Impairment Operating any vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or fatigue results in instant, permanent account deactivation and immediate referral to local law enforcement.

3 Vehicle & Fleet Roadworthiness

All vehicles operating on Tuvyt must maintain rigorous technical standards: functioning seatbelts, effective braking systems, operational headlights/indicators, clean interiors, and valid roadworthiness certificates. Tuvyt performs random physical and digital inspections in Mbulu, Geita, Dar es Salaam, Mbeya, and all operational regions.

4 Rider & Passenger Responsibilities

5 Chaperone & Travel Companion Safety

For users booking Chaperones for elderly assistance, market shopping guidance, outdoor jogging, or personal urban accompaniment: all Chaperones undergo rigorous background verification and police clearance. Both users and chaperones must maintain professional boundaries at all times.

6 Emergency Situations & Emergency Contacts

In case of an active accident or personal safety emergency during a Tuvyt trip:

  1. Contact local emergency services immediately (Tanzania Police / Medical Emergency).
  2. Move to a well-lit, populated, and safe area if possible.
